Notes: Dinner menu for the night

Dear AMS members,
Not long to go before our highly anticipated Christmas beach trip! For those of you who need a little reminder, the AMS Christmas function will be taking place on Saturday the 10th of December at Long Bay beach from 3pm onwards.
To ensure your day at the beach goes off without a hitch, please bring a picnic basket with some meat/shared food for the barbecue and some refreshments to ensure you stay hydrated ! Please also don’t forget to bring your beach essentials like sunblock, hats, towels, mats etc.
The committee has arranged plenty of family oriented, fun-filled activities catered for all ages; so please bring all the kids/parents/grandparents along for what is bound to be a fantastic day at the beach!!
In the spirit of Christmas, let’s not forget about those less fortunate than us and give a little to help them have an equally memorable and merry Christmas! The AMS committee will be collecting gifts to be donated to various charities, which will be placed under the K-Mart Christmas tree.
So start packing that picnic basket and we look forward to seeing everyone there!
NB – There is a liquor ban on the beach, so unfortunately byo alcohol will be prohibited!
Kind regards,
Christine Armadass
