THE REMIX – Youth Performing Arts Fundraiser

by admin

To all our members and friends of AMS,

In a new era where technology and social media seem to rule the lives of youths. It appears old traditions valuing culture and heritage have been swept aside for the latest gadget, friend request or hashtag. This new generation seems to have no link to the past of their parents. A simpler time where entertainment was what they could see right in front of them. With this in mind, AMS believes there is a chance to bond the old with the new. Integrating old values with new talents by allowing our events to showcase what our culture has to offer. We’ve managed to rope in groups of young performers who are keen to show everyone what they’re really missing. Through song and dance, laughter and nostalgia, we hope that, with these events we can create new memories people can hold onto, about a past they can be proud of.

THE REMIX – Showcasing the talents of the past, the present and the future with a Twist. Come and see this exciting composition of performances!

Ticket: $10

How to book your ticket:

1. Email Tania trncool@hotmail.com (Tania’s phone: 021-051 1104) with the following details:
i) Your full name
ii) Contact number
iii) How many ticket you’d like to book

2. Make payment to Auckland Malaysian Society 12-3188-0226688-00 using ‘REMIX – “YOUR NAME”‘ as reference.
